Pete really knows what he’s doing. In the spring of 2021, I pulled a muscle in my back while trying to deadlift. Came here Fall 2021 to get some instruction on form. I went from a 185 lb. to 315 lb. max on deadlift over three months and now have the knowledge to prevent injury in the future.

I was in town for just a few weeks and the owners hooked me up with a great rate to access the gym while I was there. The gym itself has everything you could need, and was very well kept. Overall just an awesome spot to workout.
