Pete really knows what he’s doing. In the spring of 2021, I pulled a muscle in my back while trying to deadlift. Came here Fall 2021 to get some instruction on form. I went from a 185 lb. to 315 lb. max on deadlift over three months and now have the knowledge to prevent injury in the future.

I’ve been at this gym for a few months now and can honestly say that I’ve progressed substantially thanks to Lisa and Pete. The amount of positivity and feedback given by the coaches at Tribute allowed me to surpass my goals and gain more insight into my passion for training. Definitely life changing!!
