Pete and Lisa have been fantastic! As an avid triathlete, putting on muscle mass has been something I’ve attempted for years, but never been successful at while running and biking over 60+ miles a week.
Over the last 7 months, I’ve increased my core lifts by over 25lbs, stayed injury free for the first time since I started competing, and have put the desired weight. Pete not only created awesome workouts based on the equipment I had in my home-gym, but was easy to communicate with and get feedback from.
Would HIGHLY recommend Pete and Lisa for personal training. It has been wicked sweet to continue with high levels of cardio and still put on muscle mass.
