I was in the area for a brief period and this gym was exactly what I was looking for:

• had a good variety of equipment
• was clean
• was accessible on my schedule
• the price was right (especially considering other options in the area)
• not a packed madhouse

The owners, Pete and Lisa, were open to any suggestions if they didn’t have something. I’ve also been present during some 1:1 training sessions and they are very thorough. I enjoyed my time here and was thankful for the environment. Wishing them the best as they build their new space!
