Pete and Lisa are amazing owners. Lisa is beyond knowledgeable in personal training. The key aspect here is education and communication to clients. I myself a CPT here in FL came to visit them and the facility. Fantastic place. Athletes, weekend warriors, and those newer to their fitness journey should really enjoy the care that was put into this place. Equipment carefully handpick to cater to all members. Ever expanding both on equipment and knowledge base. You do not need all this “FLASH” big box gyms dangle in front of you to get you in. Train right the first time. Train with Pete and Lisa. Well worth it. Hope to come back up and enjoy the facilities again!
